Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing service@rosetask.com with your order number and cancellation reason.
Order cancellations and refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Return and Refund
We offer a 31-day return policy for orders that have been processed.To arrange an exchange or refund, email us at service@rosetask.com and we will provide return information.
- Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
Please Note we cannot accept returns for products with removed tags or those indicating use, unless they are faulty.If the product is not in its original state (for example, the hair is a little damaged and needs hair care due to a return or other accident), RoseTask store has the right to deduct 10% to 20% of the order price from the refund amount or even not issue the refund.
Exchange Policy
We recommend obtaining a replacement item faster by placing a new order and returning the original one for a refund.The exchanged item will only be sent out after the returned goods are received and inspected.
- To exchange items, first process a return and contact us with the tracking number.
- Upon receiving the tracking number, we will provide store credit for you to place a new order.
Note: If you encounter any quality issues upon receiving your parcel, such as incorrect color, size, or style, please email us first. For a more effective resolution, include a photo of the packing box with the shipping information and a picture of the item you received. We will promptly review your case and provide appropriate solutions.
